Privacy Policy
Without prejudice to the applicable statutory warranty provisions, the consumer is entitled to request a product return in the following cases:
1. In the event of a clear defect in print quality or a substantial discrepancy from the agreed specifications, within 24hours from the date of receiving the product.
2. The return request shall be accepted provided that:
○ The defect resulted from the manufacturing or printing process.
○ There is a substantial discrepancy from the specifications approved by the consumer.
3. The platform or service provider has the right to inspect the product to verify the cause of the issue before approving the replacement.
4. If a defect or execution error is confirmed, the costs of reprinting or compensation shall be borne, as applicable.
In such cases, the request shall be handled in accordance with the replacement policy stated above, and the service provider’s dues shall not be transferred until the issue is resolved.
